We are Asheville's one and only gourmet grilled cheese food truck. We use locally baked bread by Open Oven and a variety of meats and cheeses to make the perfect melts. We offer a side of fresh Asian or Chipotle slaw with every sandwich. We also serve up a delicious house made Rosemary lemonade. Get your taste buds ready!

We opened in 2012 with one food truck. Today we operate 2 food trucks around town. We set up at many of the breweries in town.

The Owner
Steven P. is the owner of Melt Your Heart. He went to culinary school with the belief that all food should be delicious and affordable, while using quality ingredients.He's a Wisconsin native and lover of cheese. He had a dream of someday running his own business and now he operates 2 gourmet grilled cheese food trucks around town!
